MICROSOFT EXCEL INTEGRATION

Data from Microsoft Excel can be directly imported into the Afxisi system. Using a simple wizard-driven data mapping tool, existing account lists, contact lists, opportunities or even activity logs can be imported directly to Afxisi. Additionally, data can be exported from Afxisi directly to Excel. Afxisi allows you to define custom data views in order to define just the precise information that you want to export. A simple one-click selection process allows user-defined information to be exported directly into Excel (or a comma delimited file if desired). This one-click integration assures you always have readily available access to the information you need with your chosen productivity tool.

Afxisi provides a suite of sophisticated online analytical tools including a series of Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) data warehouses. Afxisi provides two direct methods to integrate data warehouse information with Microsoft Excel. First, OLAP data warehouse reports can be directly exported to an Excel worksheet for simple analysis.
